This presentation is intended to give Engineers an overview of the legal processes involved in Patenting ideas and inventions.
The speaker Mr Dai Davis trained as an Electrical Engineer before branching into the legal side. Dai is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the South Yorkshire Branch. He is also an expert in the legal side of the EMC regulations and has been a regular speaker to the Sheffield Centre on this subject area.
