This is another presentation in the I.E.E’s Life skills series this time on the subject of motivation and leading teams. Isabel Brown will present this as always, and she is not to be missed.
This presentation will be an introduction into the function of leading others, planning, implementing and monitoring the leadership process. Motivation is getting people to do willingly and well those things that NEED to be done.
