This presentation will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the new ISO 9000 standards that have just been drafted. How the drafting went about, with the aim of providing a user-friendlier document. The presentation will then go onto discussing the impact on suppliers, customers and the service industry.
The speaker is Ken Rutter who is a member of the Drafting committee TC176 of the ISO technical committee. This committee has just prepared the new draft for the ISO 9000 series shortly to be released.
